Mine did grow after 18.Yours could as well,a lot studies do show unlike height it might grow to 25 or so for men

I think if you have straight clavicles,when you workout they grow out in a direction that makes your bideltoid wider compared to sloped clavicles

I’d say straight clavicles>delt insertion but they are both important I’d say I have above averafe delt insertions but don’t know if it is just straight clavicles causing it

David laid has both straight clavicles and great insertions

lol I know when I got to 22 inches before it looked huge ngl
I will leanmax a little bit more and then if my back gets better I’ll hit the gym again
