I am not taking it as seriously as I did in the first three months but I am still doing OMAD. I only had a cup of chai today, no sugar. I still want to lose some weight even though it’s not necessary anymore. I’m doing it out of necessity. Because if I eat regularly again, I’ll just gain a few kgs.
