when i was a kid from 2 years all the way until puberty started i had 0.5l juice every night, and my diet only consisted of sugar

literally 100g+ sugar everyday from 2 years old all the way throughout puberty

no wonder why i have mental issues

Pretty sure that’s normal. My hands went from 7.5 to 8.2 inches after 18 and I eat a lot of crap food.

sugar increases estrogen = growth plates close sooner.

It’s not the sugar, but it’s what the sugar does that makes you stop growing earlier. This is what I think at least!
