Follow this:
- No processed foods: if it didnt exist 400 years ago, dont eat it
- Bodyfatmin: Take a photo of your abs, compare it to instagram fitness models. If you see a big difference, you are not lean enough
- Diet: Figure out your base caloric expenditure by tracking >EVERYTHING you eat for 2 weeks, see how your weight changes. Then -400 until point 2 is achieved
- Muscle: After you reached point 2, +200 calories for 6 months AT LEAST, then repeat point 2 again
- Training: 6 times a week, PPLPPL routine
- Cardio: 3 times a week, low intensity 30 minutes each minimum
- Nutrition: 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat when in deficit, 35% p, 45% c, 20% f when gaining muscle
- Sleep: Go to bed and wake up at the sametimes (max. 30 min difference everyday), if you cant fall asleep fast enough, still wake up at the same time. Go for walks within 30 mins of sunset and sunrise, it helps setting your biological clock
- Moisturise your skin after showering
Do this for 1 year and you will ascend (within your genetic limits, bones etc etc)
