A question about under eyes

Lately during my breaks from online classes, i morphed many pics( Bollywood celebrities, friends, cousins, acquaintances etc) and one o thing I noticed was that tight, high and straight eyelids can make wonders for your facial aesthetics.
Look at this undereyes

He has slight uee and high set eyebrows but still looks chad because of shape and high set tight lower eyelids. Are lower eyelid retraction the only way to raise them? Or are there any other methods? Infraorrbital implants? I don't have hollow sunken undereye or dark circles. One eye is tight but other is droopy. I need to fix this assymetry. Please Help. People who are expert please aware me

Check the doctor's ig. It's called Almond eye surgery/ Bella eyes.
