A question about wide faces ?

Is it true that wide faces , with strong bone structure look very eye-catching at low or very low bf% (something like 10%). I heard this about Barrett : they say , even little bit of fat makes him look round and bloated , however then they proceed to show his "low bf%" , where he looks very interesting. I wanted to know if this makes sense , because I have a wide face like Barrett and actually very similar bone structure to him ig. But it seems like I never look lean or chiselled , it's always this bloat and heavy fat pads that I can feel

What is interesting , that if I push a pointy object to the point where the zygomatic bone connects to the maxilla , it goes very deep actually , I think it's called canine fossa or smth like this , well the point of the connection I mean. You can see a deep point in case of Khabib lol
