A random old women said she loved me yesterday on the train and gave me an apple

She talked to me for a little bit then when she got off she gave me an apple and said love you.
I said love you back out of habit but was taken aback by it.
She was nice tho and the apple was good

I think it was more a cultural thing. She was Muslim so maybe they just say i love to anyone.
I dont think I was sexual
