Urethral bleeding..
For about 2 weeks I was bleeding from my pee hole and it was genuinely frightening. I’d wake up every morning with my underwear bloody. I thought it would go away on its own. It burned to pee for the first three days. I ended up going to the doctor did urine test TWICE to see what was the issue. Everything came back good and no stis or anything (I’m not a sexhaver). So I was like what the fuck is the issue come to find out it was coming from the isotret. I was on 80 mg, the resolution was me taking 2 weeks off and then coming back on at 40 mg. No issues since
