Debloating is a pretty easy and short process
1. Drink Water because even if you are 10% BF and have water retention that shi will ruin everything.
2. Reduce sodium intake, the more sodium you consume the more your body retains water- leading to bloating and puffiness.
3. Dont eat anything you are intolerant to, why be retarded ?
4. Avoid sugar, artificial sweeteners, carbonated drinks and mcdonalds. Looking good comes at a price.
5. Do HIIT cardio, try to sweat as much as possible.
That is it, I wanted to keep this thread short.
