In July, I started bone smashing because I have infraorbital bone recession and also wanted a more square chin. I hit the infraorbital area about 2–3 times a week, and now I’m left with permanent redness; I don’t know how to get rid of it, and I’m terrified it’s there to stay. How can I fix this? I need a solution.

Dont smash infras.

Just stay with chin and zygos.

Wait it out.

Elaborate
No point in arguing with em.

Bone smashing doesn't work. Bone smasher think that by broking a little bit of the bones they will grow bigger but what they don't know is that to broke your bones just slightly you have to punch really hard in a way that isn't healthy and they wouldn't even grow. Even if you make it the bones would grow asimetrical, Your face is bloated because of the hits, put some ice on it and if you want to truthly inprove get facial implants.

I really don't see much.

Could very well be skin damage.

If thats the case not much you can do but conceal it.
The lighting might be poor, but you can see a brownish skin outline beneath the hollows.

Might be skin damage or actual fibrosis if you did the infras for a while.

Either way its probably there to stay.

Stop doing infras.

Remember this bonesmash stuff is permanent so don't fuck it up.

Stick with the normal areas.
