A lot of people throw the term "sigma" around these days. Seems anyone who's not "normal" or "NT" wants to identify as sigmas. It's not just in places like this forum because you'll see the evidence all over YouTube.

There's loads of content geared towards losers. Videos they can watch that tickle their yearning to believe they're special.

TLDR:
In this movie (Tigerland) Colin Farrell portrays probably the best rendition of a true sigma male I've ever seen on film. Hits a lot of key notes on how that type of person sees the world and behaves. A real sigma male is an extremely rare type of person. Probably less than one in 200.
