THE PRIMAL DIET and why its better than other diets

To understand the primal diet as the best of the best in terms of human development, you have to first reconsider the body not as a machine needing fuel, but as a biological organism that needs ancestral materials to replicate its own cells. Growth, whether its skeletal, muscular, or neurological, is a process of construction. If the raw materials provided are synthetic, denatured, or just unknown to human evolution, the resulting structure is basically compromised.

Why raw foods matter

The fundamental principle of the primal diet is the consumption of raw and enzyme rich animal products. When your food is cooked, the structural integrity of proteins and fats is altered, and the natural enzymes that assist in digestion are destroyed. The body is then forced to waste significant metabolic energy to produce its own digestive enzymes and attempt to neutralize the toxins created by heat-altered lipids and proteins. By eating raw, you can bypass this, redirecting that energy toward cellular division, tissue repair, and hormonal optimization.

Why is saturated fat and cholesterol important?

Modern dietary advice really fucking hates saturated fats and cholesterol, yet these molecules are the raw materials for your cell membranes, your brain’s myelin sheath, and the steroid hormones, testosterone, progesterone, and DHEA, that dictate muscle growth and structural maturity. Cholesterol is not a byproduct of health, it is the starting point for every steroid hormone that moves the body toward anabolic growth. The primal diet provides these in abundance through raw butter, fat trimmings, marrow, and eggs, ensuring the endocrine system always has what it needs to produce hormones.

Microbial integration vs. The sterile paradigm

Mainstream science often views bacteria through the lens of pathology, as things to only be ridden of. But the work of aajonus actually says that many microbes are actually indigenous cleaners. These organisms are essential for synthesizing vitamins (like K2 and the B-complex) and for the safe metabolization of stored toxins. By consuming raw, bacteria rich foods like raw milk and high meat, you arent inviting disease, you are supplying your inner ecosystem with the work force required to eliminate the pollutants that otherwise impede growth and metabolic clarity in the body.

The toxicity of high-carbohydrate and plant-based diets :sick::sick::sick:

Plants exist in a biological competitive race with consumers; they produce defense chemicals (lectins, oxalates, phytates) to prevent being eaten. While humans can process small amounts, modern diets rely on grains, tubers, and legumes as primary caloric sources. These foods create sustained insulin surges, a state which favors fat storage and inflammation rather than lean tissue synthesis, and provide significant mineral-blocking interference. A primal based child or athlete, fueled by raw animal proteins, avoids the chronic inflammation associated with insulin spikes and gains direct access to highly bioavailable heme iron, B12, and retinoid vitamin A, all of which are essential for structural development.

Growth is not only just calories (thats right fuck you gymcels), it is about the quality of the signal sent to the bodys cells. When you consume raw animal tissues, you are sending a signal of peak biological availability. You remove the weight of detoxification, stabilize your hormonal profile, and provide the exact amino-acid ratios required for human protein synthesis.

MICROBES

To look deeper into these teachings of aajonus, we must look at the body as an energetic, biological ecosystem where microbial activity serves as the bridge between raw material ingestion and cellular homeostasis. In this model, the terrain, the chemical and structural composition of the blood and tissues, determines whether the body exists in a state of stasis or active transformation.

Energetics of microbial decomposition

Aaj said that human cells are perpetually exposed to environmental hazards, including synthetic polymers, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and heavy metals. When these molecules penetrate the cell membrane, the cell loses its electromagnetic charge, becoming stuck or non functional. Aaj also said that bacteria and fungi are specialized organisms capable of secreting specific enzymatic catalysts that break the molecular bonds of these synthetic toxins.

Essentially, he described bacteria as biochemical recyclers. When the body detects a buildup of necrotic tissue or chemical waste, it triggers an increase of specific bacterial colonies. You might think this is an infection, but its actually a mobilization of labor. The metabolic byproduct of this process might manifest as acidity or fever, but these are systemic tools used to increase the efficiency of enzymatic activity. Fever, for example, serves to lower the viscosity of interstitial fluids, allowing for more rapid transport of toxins via the lymphatic system to the elimination organs.

Right: The interstitium.

The role of endogenous bacterial synthesis

Traditional microbiology focuses on the threat of the pathogen, while aajonus focused on the utility of the commensal microorganism. Aajonus often cited the ability of certain bacteria to synthesize essential nutrients in place. When you consume raw unpasteurized animal products, you are introducing a microbial ecosystem that has co evolved with human digestion. These bacteria contribute to the production of volatile fatty acids (VFAs), short chain fatty acids, and B-complex vitamins that are more bioavailable than synthetic supplements. When the diet is sufficiently rich in raw animal fats (saturated fats) and proteins, these microbes undergo a shift in metabolic activity, whereby they prioritize the repair of the intestinal lining over the fermentation of glucose.

Mucus as a protective medium 😱

A central, very misunderstood part of this work is the role of mucus. Rather than viewing mucus as a symptom of a cold or congestion, you should interpret it as a protective binder. Mucus is secreted by the body to encapsulate toxins, preventing them from damaging healthy tissues during the removal process. The presence of symptoms like phlegm or congestion indicates that the body is successfully sequestering and preparing waste for removal. Suppressing this with anti inflammatories is just like removing a trash bag from the street before the garbage truck arrives. If the suppression persists, the body, seeking to maintain life, will reabsorb or re-deposit those toxins, leading to the formation of cysts, tumors, or systemic inflammation. The following is an image of the nasal mucosa, one of the primary exit points for detoxification during a cold.

Anatomy of the human nasal cavity

The primal biochemical pathway

The ultimate goal of this approach is the restoration of bio-electric integrity. By consuming raw eggs, raw meats, and raw cream, you provide the body with the exact building blocks for cellular membrane repair. The bacteria present in these foods act as some sort of scout that signals the body to begin shedding the old, toxic structures. Aaj said that the body is a self referencing, self repairing unit that, when provided with high quality, enzyme rich, non denatured inputs, will systematically rebuild itself. This process is often on a cycle, as the body gains strength, it attempts to clean deeper layers of tissue, which is why individuals on this diet often notice that they cycle through periods of intense detox energy and periods of quiet integration.

DETOX AND DISEASE

In Aajonus’ teachings, the fundamental distinction between detoxification and disease lies in the bodys intent and capacity. The entire medical establishment confuses these two concepts, mistaking the bodys highly organized, intelligent cleanup efforts for a very chaotic state of pathology.

Detoxification (the controlled cleanup)

Detoxification occurs when the body has sufficient cellular energy and structural integrity to identify stored toxins, heavy metals, man made synthetic compounds, and metabolic waste, and move them toward elimination.

For the body to begin this process, it must thaw or mobilize these materials from deep tissues like fat or bone. This is a deliberate, metabolic event. During detox, the body will utilize microbes as biological agents to break down these materials into a liquid state so they can be processed by the kidneys, liver, or skin. Fever isnt actually malfunction, its a thermal shift designed to optimize these enzymatic and bacterial activities. When you are detoxing, your body is essentially resetting its cellular environment, sacrificing short term comfort for long term functional restoration. Embrace those symptoms pussy :feelshmm:

Disease (the result of suppression)

True disease only manifests when the body's natural cleanup processes are repeatedly blocked. Aaj taught that most chronic ailments, from autoimmune issues to degenerative tissue conditions, are actually the bodys plan B for survival when it is prevented from performing its cleanup. If you consume pasteurized, denatured foods (high in heat damaged proteins and trans fats), your body lacks the enzymatic tools to perform daily maintenance. If you then suppress a fever or an inflammatory response with pharmaceutical interventions, you are just locking toxins back into your tissues. Over years, this leads to the degradation of cellular membrane integrity, oxygen starvation of tissues, and the accumulation of necrotic waste that the body can no longer efficiently process. This toxin buildup, where the body is forced to build protective cysts or start systemic inflammation just to isolate poisons, is what everyone calls chronic disease.

The diagnostic threshold

The crucial difference is vitalism vs the body being stuck.
  1. Detox: The body is active, warm, reactive, and moving waste. The symptoms (discharge, skin eruptions, temporary fatigue) are exit strategies.
  2. Disease: The body is stuck, it has lost the ability to mobilize waste, which leads to systemic hardening, loss of flexibility, and chronic pain.
When you live the way the body evolved to live, using raw fats for lubrication and enzymes for digestion, the body is rarely forced into extreme detox situations because it maintains a consistent, low level efficiency. True health isnt the absence of symptoms, but the presence of the energy required to complete the body's biological repair cycle without any obstruction.

"WHERE IS THE RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!!!:feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah:"

Whether the primal diet is true or not doesnt rely on abstract theory, but on the clinical observation of thousands of individuals who were diagnosed with incurable conditions and subsequently restored their health through the systematic application of detoxification and raw nutrient intake. Aaj documented detailed success stories, from advanced stages of cancer and autoimmune decline to chronic neurological degeneration, where patients transitioned from a state of total systemic collapse to vibrant wellness by honoring the body's natural cleanup cycle.

Clinical success

The "proof" in aajonus’ work is found in the physical transformation of the patient. Many people sought his counsel after being told by the conventional medical system that their conditions were genetic or irreversible. Through the use of his diet, and the conscious allowance of detoxification symptoms, he worked with people who saw their tumors disappear, long-standing autoimmune markers return to normal, and their physical mobility improve.

He observed that once a patient embraces their symptoms and started providing the body with the lipids and enzymes required for cellular reconstruction, the disease process would often flip into a detox process. His patients would go through periods of intense, productive symptoms, what aajonus quoted were “healing crises”, followed by a noticeable increase in strength, mental clarity, and tissue elasticity. To him, seeing people regain their health after years of getting nowhere was proof that what we call illness is often just the body's cleanup process left unfinished. It also brought a very big smile to his face:heart::heart::love:

The consistency of these results across different populations suggested a universal biological truth: the human body is inherently programmed for repair. When you remove the burden of denatured proteins and synthetic chemicals, and introduce the raw, bio available fats and fats soluble vitamins required for tissue repair, the cell membrane’s electrical potential is restored.

Aajonus said that the cures he witnessed were not miraculous but predictable outcomes of biological labor. When the cleaner, the microbial and enzymatic system, is finally fed, it goes to work. The recovery of his patients provided the longitudinal data that supported his theory: Health is our natural state when the body’s built-in cleanup and healing systems are allowed to do their job without being blocked.

Left: Lactobacillus acilophidus, found in fermented foods.
Aids digestion.

"WHERE IS THE RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!!!:feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah:"

Left: Lactobacillus acilophidus, found in fermented foods.
Aids digestion.

"WHERE IS THE RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!!!:feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah:"

0 this shit is so awful.

Stop coping, carbs are necessary.
The body's natural gluclneogenesis is not sufficient enought to promote much benefits in comparison to consuming dietary glucose.

Im surprised you didn't research this before making a whole ass essay on something so ineffective as this. Nonetheless nice job on the effort you put in.

The best diet is one that is balanced.

The biological necessity of dietary carbohydrate is a misconception, the human body maintains glucose homeostasis through highly efficient hepatic and renal gluconeogenesis, fueled by glycerol from triglyceride breakdown and amino acids. Relying on exogenous glucose often induces chronic hyperinsulinemia and metabolic inflexibility, where as ancestral fat adaptation provides a stable, clean burning fuel source that bypasses the volatility of the modern balanced diet

Low carb (or ketogenic) states shift the metabolic machinery from glucose oxidation to beta oxidation of fatty acids, which produces ketones like beta hydroxybutyrate. that switch reduces systemic oxidative stress, lowers chronic insulin levels, and enhances mitochondrial efficiency by decreasing the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) associated with glycolysis

Heres a table from another thread I made about the nutritional value lost in cooking meat:

Left: Lactobacillus acilophidus, found in fermented foods.
Aids digestion.

"WHERE IS THE RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!!!:feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah:"

Looks like no. Im assuming cane sugar is best? I just buy it because its cheap and I can tolerate it well, I’ve never gotten bad side effects from this unlike when I drink milk. Also I am skinny and i like the idea of gaining weight.

Are you lactose intolerant? Thats got some pretty unnatural ingredients, and that sugar looks processed so its stripped of all its enzymes vitamins and minerals

Are you lactose intolerant?
I dont know really, I can tolerate all kinds of dairy perfectly fine until its milk, even raw milk irritates my stomach a lot
Thats got some pretty unnatural ingredients,
The gums vanilla and sugar yes but the rest are fine i feel, and i just eat it for the taste and calories
and that sugar looks processed so its stripped of all its enzymes vitamins and minerals
For me I think thats fine that I feel I already get enough nutrients, I already eat a bunch of raw meat daily and raw eggs as well.

Might be because your gut is too sensitive, your microbiome might be lacking the diversity to process the active enzymes of proteins that are in raw milk, keep building up tolerance with that kefir (fermentation process predigests it so its easier to digest yourself)

Yes the rest are fine, but they always could be more nutritious if you get a more natural version of them. I recommend ice cream for bears, it has a bunch of natural ingredients

Thats great, but be careful cause processed sugar could contain processing residues

Might be because your gut is too sensitive, your microbiome might be lacking the diversity to process the active enzymes of proteins that are in raw milk, keep building up tolerance with that kefir (fermentation process predigests it so its easier to digest yourself)
True, I actually noticed myself that like at least 60% of the time my stomach gets irritated mostly when I have the milk without kefir or without food.

Based raw meat eater vs a vegan :feelskek::feelskek::feelskek::feelskek:

Left: Lactobacillus acilophidus, found in fermented foods.
Aids digestion.

"WHERE IS THE RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!!!:feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah:"

"WHERE IS THE RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!!!:feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah:"
