Guys when i take my teeths bite position(with back teeths) my jaw looks recessed. Its because of overbite? My ortho tell my bite is ok but i dont trust him. Also i have forward head posture

The orthodontist isn't "lying". They work on the bite and alignment of the teeth.

It is the domain of a maxillofacial surgeon to work on the size and shape of the jaws. You need to ask them.

The teeth are not the cause of your jaws being recessed. Your jaws are recessed but your teeth adjusted accordingly because of something called compensation. When you bite down it shows the true position of your jaws.

Your bite might be OK because your teeth naturally adapted. You have to reverse that process first via braces, then get jaw surgery.
