On the internet there are legit IGF-1 pills being sold. What's the difference between those IGF-1 pills and MK-677? Are those IGF-1 pills somehow safer?

actual increlex igf costs a ludicrous amount and is injectable. igf lr 3 is available cheaper though (also injectable)
