about red spots on face

been using epiduo for treating acne, now after around 5 weeks of use i have these small red spots around my face, they dont have anything inside of them, they are just there. What are these and how to treat them correctly? Please help me out and lmk what should i do.

thats blood vessels and hyperpigmentation, just wait for couple month and they will eventuall fade away.

could probably use azelaic acid to get rid of it a bit faster.

my plan was to run epiduo for around 1 /2 weeks, then reduce use to 3x week for 2 weeks, then few weeks with only spf in morning and spot treatment at night, then tanning and moisturizer at night
i think the sun, and this product with beta carotene and lycopene will help w the coloring so the hyperpigmentation will not be noticeable.

i just use accutane + not leaving the building + waiting some time strat, your could probably also work.

thats good for sure too, but i used to have insane coloring and skin last summer so i want that back man, the sea water, good food, no stress already helps alot for the skin
