So basically I’m 14 and I really want right skin and nice skin couloring combined with getting rid of red patches on face so I did some research and found what is supposed to be the best combo for that which is collagen plus vitamin c

Basically I think these 2 will work fine so I’ll be testing it for just a month if I see results I’ll keep going but I thought I’d ask here to see if I could get any feedback or advice so yeah anything to say?

hey just wanna throw in my two cents honestly collagen supplements probably won’t do much since your body breaks them down anyway and it’s not guaranteed they’ll actually boost your skin collagen levels
vitamin c topically can help with brightening and redness, but taking it as a pill isn’t always effective either
plus, since you have fair young skin, your skin’s already in a good place naturally and still developing, so don’t expect crazy changes just from supplements
instead of stressing over supplements, focus on basics like sunscreen, gentle cleansing, staying hydrated, and eating a balanced diet that stuff actually makes a big difference
and at 14 your skin is still changing a lot naturally so don’t expect miracles overnight

just my opinion tho, good luck with whatever you try!

Maybe just vitamin C then through powder? Ik the collagen will probably do less withiut the vitamin c but the vitamin c can do a lot without the collagen since it actually helps collagen synthesis and it’s very cheap compared to collagen
