no bluelight 1 hr before sleep , eat your last meal 3 hrs before sleep get sunlight as soon as you wake up. try for 14 days if not supplement other DRughs

trazodone is good for anxiety insonnia, i personally use it but DORIs like lemborexant mog trazo to oblivion @wilk0 mark as solution thanks
