Has anyone applied topical finasteride with a dermaroller?
I am concerned about the side effects of oral finasteride. Would topical minoxidil + finasteride have a similar effect?

Topical finasteride can have systemic effects, if it wouldn't enter in your blood not even a tiny bit it won't work, have you used it yet?

Don't use any topical treatment the day your microneedle.
Why?
Wouldn’t using minoxidil or similar hair lotions after microneedling increase its absorption into the skin and therefore its effectiveness?

You microneedle for the fact it improves bloodflow and the derma papillae regeneration that aids in hair regrowth, you don't microneedle for a better topical application absorption.

Rep & mark as a solution.

If you have more questions about hair regrowth, I recommend browsing Reddit r/tressless.

If you're not experiencing minox sides e.g. (itch, dandruff, dark cycles, water retention) you can apply it after dermaneedling/rolling but if you wanna mitigate sides you don't.
