I've been trying to grow my hair out and want to speed the process up ik minoxidil works, but idk if it would actually help speed the growth or if it would only help grow hair in other areas. If anyone has recommendations for something that could help lmk.

ghkcu is good for hair health and other than that js do oral minoxodil for max growth

There isn’t anything that will really speed up past the normal rate of 0.5 inches per month just focus on keeping exisitng and growing hair healthy
