IRL abs mean nothing because people cant see it through your tshirt

but online having 10/10 abs is an insane halo

I look back at when i did a DNP cut to 7% BF and my body looked better shirtless , but in a tshirt im much bigger now.

Im trying to cut to 8% but i will lose some size in clothes :/
