Nah, its still some fatt there, I have basically 0 side abs shred
I went as down as 58 kg and lose sex drive
If i want to achieve good looking body its either steroids or lipo
diet is not for me in the long term
I eat "normaly" and whats funny, Its hard to me to build mass after 72kg
Im like ecto but with +5-7 kg of fat

I got ab surgery two months ago. I was 12% body fat, 77kg, 181cm and I strength train casually 3 times a week. I would recommend the surgery as the cherry on top of an existing gym body. To do it without the corresponding muscular body is just laughable. Best thing about it is that I don't have to pump up my abs to the point of having a stomach ache for them to show, they just show all the time, which satisfies the unnatural expectation women have of abs

No matter what you do, your abs will only show naturally when you have a crazy pump. The only way to have them permanently showing is through roids or surgery
