as a former acnecel myself, the side effects of accutane are way way way overblown. It’s pretty much all normies attributing literally any problem they experience during their 6 month accutane course to accutane. Sure I did get dry lips and skin and joints a bit achy (and i was legit in 100mg a day at one point) but these were literally nothing and I continued lifting heavy on accutane (deadlifted 500lbs during it)
The only thing to worry about really is height stunting. We have no real evidence it does or doesn’t do this, but i wouldn’t take the risk tbf. Some people claim it causes hairloss which is horse shit if u know anything about how hairloss works.
So whether or not u actually have acne, once ur done growing start taking a 20mg a day dose of it. U can pretty much do this for life even and lots of people do. In fact the only reason they prescribe shit up to 80+mg is for the niggas like me who got obliterated with cystic acne. But if u dont have any or very mild amounts u can microdose at 20mg and experience 0 side effects with all the benefits.
