I started directly at 2 mg and then bumped up to 5mg 2 weeks later currently on 10mg lost 47 pounds in 4 months 185--138. Also my alt (liver) came down from 186 to 22 meaning I reversed non alcoholic fatty liver (caused by accutane + shitty diet) in this process. Miracle drug nothing to fear monger, take electrolyte powder daily. on the first 2 days after pinning i feel like shit but it gets better as the weeks go by.
