Isotretinoin is the active ingredient. Accutane is another name for isotretinoin, the ingredient. Accufine = Accutane

i ordered 20mg, but i dont have acne. im just doing it for clear skin and to remove my subaceous filaments. so is 20mg fine in my case or do you still reccomend i go higher?

10mg a waste but i used for cystic acne from androgens. and yes it will do that id recommend low dose unless you want to speed things up but lower = lower risk jsut more time thats all i did 20mg daily for 6 months
