I’m thinking about starting Accutane on a low dose to clear my horrible acne, which has been holding me back. But I’m 5’8” and still have open growth plates, so I want to maximize my height before they close. There are rumors that Accutane could cause them to close faster, so should I just wait?🫩

Accutane will not make you shorter but its very harsh on the skin, tret is better. I generally use spf50, moisturisers from la roche posay along with tret from skinorac and it works. But since you're already using, you may wait.
