I heard accutane affects your reproductive hormones and there were entire studies backing it up so that’s enough for me to choose to not consume this product at all. Can someone help me find an alternative to accutane? I need it mainly to make my nose smaller and have clear skin with no acne and less oily since my skin is insanely oily. Chat gpt tells he it cant help me with my question.

I've done accutane before and cases where it affects you severely are extremely rare, if you are worried abt it though you can always opt for a low dosage

Topical retinoid such as tretinoin or tazarotene, for the anti aging purposes something like a topical estrodial gel, for the acne treatment the closes thing is probably a antibiotic like doxycycline although its pretty shitty without a retinoid

tret/taz is the best topical if you dont use accutane but this wont rly shrink ur nose but it will help your skin by a whole lot

Tazarotene. But at low doses like 10mg you'd barely see any side effects, within 3 months you'll look okay.
