Accutane and nose shrinking

I believe accutane's nose shrinking effect is a misunderstood concept
Yes it does shrink ur nose since accutane works by closing ur pores but one thing ppl dont take into consideration is that the shrink effect is based on the inflammation thats on ur nose.
If u have alot of redness, oil,blackheads,acne on ur nose then surely its gonna shrink ur nose alot but if the acne/inflammation happens to be elsewhere then thats where the shrinking results may vary
In my case atleast I had alot of inflammation which eventually led to my nose changing sizes significantly
