sorry I didn't realize that tbol was an oral steroid, you should avoid combining oral steroids with accutane as both stress your liver and you don't want that at the same time, either choose between accutane and tbol or switch to IM steroids

you can do primobolan which would be very mild side effects but slightly weaker than tbol (which isn't very strong to begin with) or you could do 150mg test a week but for this you have to be careful about aromatization
