Can I take accutane and use gel tretinoin at the same time?
20mg accutane, 0.025% tret

Wouldn’t recommend it Accutane would do most the work, and ur skin would be really dry, I’d do Tret after finishing Accutane, mark as solution

use accutane for the main part and after if u have pie just use azlelic 20% acid g
