I really care about my skin and eat well have skincare but i have like pimpels and not clear skin i live in garmany and dont now were to get those i think accutane is to much gor the start

just micro dose accutane, like 10 mg u will see litterly 0 side effects

and u could try some topicals like tretinoin, azelaic acid, estriol, tazarotene.

I wanted to start using accutane, but worried about the visible side effects (if I got on Accutane, it would be without anyone knowing.)

u wont see much results on 10mg as the reccomended dosage is 0.5mg to 1mg per kg each day
