Accutane compared to tretinonin for skin quality

Yo did anyone here saw noticable risult in skin quality after switching from tretinonin to accutane? I’m not talking about acne or sebum reduction but about your skin quality, texture, and other stuff.
Tretinonin has a lot of other benefits for the skin other than acne control but I heard a ton of people sayng that accutane improved their skin quality so i wanna know your personal expierenxe with it

Yo I’m currently running low dose accutane (20mg 3x a week) while still using tretinoin on a few nights and the skin quality difference is actually noticeable.
Tret was solid for controlling acne and some texture but accutane just hits different skin feels way smoother, pores look smaller, overall tone is more even and less dull. Even the old marks and pigmentation are fading faster. The cell turnover + sebum control is on another level.
Tret has its perks but accutane upgraded the actual glow and texture for me. Just make sure you moisturize heavy and slap on sunscreen daily or the dryness will fuck you up
