Accutane dosage Low IQ query

I will be taking accutane 20mg for 13 months to reach the cumulative dose
but there's another option of cutting it down to 6 months by increasing to 40mg/day

just one query is there any downside of the first option in terms of permanent effectiveness? or is the second superior?

Time is not an issue for me since i have patiencecell

5000 Mg a day and finish it in 2 days

Personally I opted for low dosage and my acne was fixed over the course of 4-6 months, only reason i didnt take high dosage is bcuz the dry skin gets to you

20 is too low , take 40 mg. Till clear skin then 10 mg daily for life

Take injectable glutathione 200 mg 3-5 x a week you won’t tho so why am I even typing this ,

20mg if I remember, it was years ago so I cant remember exactly sadly

Don’t worry about sides it all cope, placebo. I’m on 80 right now and occasional dry lips if not moisturized.
