Ive been on accutane for the past 16 days now, the dosage ive been on is 20mg, at what point should i move up to 40mg, or even more? Im 75kg~ and havent noticed basically any side effects yet atleast, except dry lips

If you can get supervision fantastic but 99% of the time you wont have it.

The first month I done 30mg then moved up to 60mg for 4 months. I was under 'supervision' tho but it wasn't rlly they done like 2 bloods fuck knows if they checked them and my derm checking me changed every appointment, they didn't care that I had pain in the liver region, I didn't either TBF it went away. Move up to 40 after your first month and see how you react any more sides besides dryness. After that move up to 60 and stay on that dose until your acne has completely cleared up, once it has stay on it for 2 months to highly reduce the chances of it coming back. After this it's up to you if you want to low dose like 20mg once or twice a week for maintenance, at such a low dose there isn't rlly anything harmful. Or switch to tret.

So around 10k so youd want to do a month on 20, a month on 40, then 4 and a half months on 60. Id still do another 2 months beyond this, also do check Ur bloods because although I may have been fine and many others u never know if Ur liver will get fucked or not, it shouldn't but be careful. U can also take things like milk thistle for liver support although I don't know how well this works. Take it with peanut butter or something high in fat as it absorbs well in fat. Stay hydrated.

Theres a lot of drug groups in my city on telegram, this one had 6000 members so atleast somebody had to have a prescription
