Accutane dosing

I have 300 20mg pills of isotret and I’ve already done 2 rounds of accutane in my lifetime but wanna do low dose to compensate for all my additional stuff im running. I wanna bump down my dose to 10mg and idk if I should just stick w 20 or do 20 eod or just buy new pills. Help would be appreciated.

Im doing 10mg everyday, no side effects at all, will continue on this for lifetime. Will probably do 10mg every other day or so after a while, ive only been on accutane for a month. I didnt struggle at all with acne as i was already on tazarotene prior to accutane, but i struggled with oily nose which accutane eliminated

Reckon it would be chill to do 20mg eod instead of 10ed. I only have the 20mg capsules rn and my skin barrier seems fine but I don’t wanna fuck myself over with an overkill dose
