Will Accutane (30mg) stunt my growth? I have severe nodular acne, severe scarring and hyperpigmentation and using trecilin (tretinoin and clindamycin) for 6 months hasn't reduced it all, infact I had much, much clearer skin before. I cannot deal with more permanent scarring then I already have.

U can hop on accutane since u started early. I started mine at 14. by 16 ur done growing since u started early

my acne returned after 1 year and half of the side effects are still present after 5 years now.
go with tret or other methods. accutane is a legit suicide inducing poison and anybody selling that shit should be burned alive.

yes it closes growth plates. im 21 taking it for 8 months and skin is very clear, some back scars but cleaning up. that dry lip shit sucks and u have to put a cream that looks gay. my gymcelling got completely fucked too, cant do one set without feeling pain, it basically dries everything, even your joints. some people get depressed and u also cant drink alcohol (basically non nt at parties)

yeah nobody checks that shit or correlates it with accutane. most ppl dont know either.

Can you provide studies that conclude this. Also is it just a slim chance which only happens at higher dosage, or does it definitely cause epiphyseal plate closure?

No method has cured my acne, I have tried changing diet, topicals, antibiotics, alot of supplements, skincare routines, no skincare at all, etc. I think I have hormonal acne as its mostly symmetrical.
