In this thread i will simplify what Accutane is and how to use it properly to minimise risks and maximise clearance of skin. This guide is mainly for retards who go into methods blindly without any risk assessment. 
Accutane (Isotretinoin) is an oral retinoid used to treat severe acne. It works by downregulating sebaceous gland activity, leading to reduction in sebum production, Suppression of acne-causing bacteria , shrunken pores and decreased inflammation. By targeting all major mechanisms of acne, Accutane can lead to long-term clearing of acne.
The following side effects include:
Dry lips, skin, eyes
Nose bleeds (due to dryness) not as common
Fatigue
joint pain
More sensitive to sunlight
mood changes - also not common

Short pratical list to reduce sides include:
Drink plenty water
Moisturise lips (vaseline/aquaphor)
Moisturise and spf50 for skin
Lubricating eye drops
fish oils

When dosing Accutane, the following principles should be applied:
0.5–1 mg/kg/day (120–150 mg/kg cumulative dose)
6 months daily use
Take with biggest meal (Containing fat)
