Accutane for keratosis pilaris?

Has anyone here tried isotretinoin for kp? ive been on 20mg daily since January and am seeing some minor improvements. Only really experiencing dryness on my face and hands. Thinking about tazarotene if this doesnt work already tried tretinoin for awhile with not much of a difference. Feel like this is the main thing holding me back.

Yeah, i microdosed 10mg per day for 6 months for this specific reason. The bumps themselfs got smoother but the redness and inflammation stayed the exact same. Got KP on both my arms and cheeks and i would say it returned to baseline after quitting, Did help my acne tho.

Have you had any luck with anything else? Topicals havent ever done much for me. Have sirolimus on the way for my face but might try it on my arms to.

Maybe it can disrupt scar formation, so it has some ability to disrupt protein synthesis.

Testing out topical tret right now 0.025%. Seems to do a little better on the face now but only been doing it for 2-3 weeks ish
