Accutane for mild acne

My face is clean as fuck,but i have medium acnee on the back . I've tried everything in the past 2 years and only thing which worked was doxycycline which cleared like 50-60% of it . Nothing else worked, i tried tretinoin , panoxyl , literally every skin care routine,also cleared my diet and cut off sugar and dairy,also didnt help,clean sheets etc. So the only option left is accutane,the thing is,how many mg should i day per day ? 10 or 20
