It will make your nose slimmer temporarily as it will clear out sebaceous filaments, but these will fill up again after you come off.

I was on Accutane for 6 months. I took 70mg every day. My nose got smaller, and my acne cleared. The side effects aren't bad at all. The worst is dryness, but all I had to do to stop that was cover my face in Aquaphor before going to sleep.

Yeah but if you have a big ass black nose accutane wont do much

Once you reach a cumulative dosage is it not a permanent effect or semi permanent by retaining even a bit of your slimming progress.

topical tretinoin also works very good dont listen to people saying its cope.
