NOSE REDUCTION

i have a rly bad mouth;nose ratio. but the only way i can fix it is
1). by getting an MSE
2). fixing my wide nose

However, we've already been to the orthodontist, and he isnt installing an mse saying the arch is "AVERAGE".

I heard Hydro-corticone 1% can help reduce the alar width, also read the softmaxxing thread in BOTB.
BUT HC comes with a lot of side effects too. What do u guys suggest?

SHOULD I USE A MOUTH WIDENING EQUIPMENT (Will use a credit card since i cant get the real peice).
ANd if i cope with HC, will it destroy my cartillage veins?

My mouth to nose is 1.6;1

if the problem is the wingspan of your nose and not its thickness no softmax is going to fix that.

you said the wideness was the issue. in that case you can apply what you said for minimal result or if you wanna take a risk inject fat dissolvant in your nose. I did that and had great results. @Sayori next session in a week maybe(?).
