Accutane gave me severe dry eyes I want to rope now

My life has become nightmarish because of accutane. I was on 30mg and developed dry eyes halfway thru the course. I can't stare at screens without a stinging pain that seems to never go away. Is it over? I stopped taking it a week ago and have been doing hot compress and mega 3 eye drops. Nothing seems to help.

might be unrelated if you stopped and it didnt go away.

It takes time. Some people have this problem with their lips. After they wake up, their lips stick together. It takes some time, just wait and use eyedrops

I used to have dry eye but after I started using eye drops morning evening and before bed, they went away. I haven't used eye drops in a while now I havent got any irratation

I don't use accutane but I had dry eye
