Accutane Guide (Personal Exp)

Hello, if you have a bad acne please read these thread
First of all: I Only used accutane
My advice is to not go over 40 mg per day because i did 60 mg for a month and my skins were dry and itchy ass hell but Claritine ( i will put a photo below) helped me so much, this was a saver
2: If u are on Accutane don t eat vitamin A foods ( that can cause overdose) or taking Vitamin A suplements ( Check label)
3: Wash with oil not regular shampoo ( i prefer the one from la roche posay)
4. moisturizer your body every 2-3 days even everyday if it’s so dry
5. Don t stay in the sun , that can cause hyperpigmentation ( without a spf , i recomend La roche posay spf 50 green one)
6. Face wash : i use cerave green one works very good, ( don t use any active Cleansers, moisturizer, Accutane is enough just wash moisturizer)
7.If u want to have more defineted hair on accutane (Boys) use only Conditioner to wash hair ( worked for me)
8.Moisturizer: I recomend the one from la roche posay , cicaplast baume b5, and for body La Roche Posay Lipkar Baume
9.Personal exp: I have really bad acne 6-7 months ago but accutane helped me, now i just have redness that goes, But i have many days with dry skin and itchy but Claritine helped me, was a God for me , i taked 1 pill per day and now 1 at 4 days,
10. Final Advice: Use 10-40 mg accutane don t exced this Dosage ( Many sides effects), Use carmex for lips or. aquaphor, Take Omega 3 fish oil with it ( help with joint/back. pain) Take accutane after a meal with fat. (better absortion)

Yea but why risking i was on 60 for a month, and after a month an 7 days , my body dries out and feel very itchy

I ended on 120mg, I only had dry lips, eyes, and skin with perfectly fine blood levels. It just depends on the person. I’ve seen people with terrible nosebleeds just on 20mg.

Based on this study, isotretinoin appears to impact the growth plates of proximal tibia and distal femur. A cause-and-effect relationship between isotretinoin and premature epiphyseal closure cannot be concluded. @Zagro can confirm too, he says over 20mg is closing plates

2. You can't arbitrarily give dosing advice without knowing someone's weight. Your 60mg isn't a 100kg persons 60mg. Delete this post and rethink it

No point in worrying about something that’s 1 in 10k just don’t take accutane when you’re young then I guess but alr
