GUYS I HAVE STARTED ACCUTANE AND IN MY RECENT THREAD I SHARED MY TREATMENT PLAN AND MY ACNE TYPE----> https://looksmax.org/threads/accutane-ascension-plan-need-feedback-and-guidance.1676645/

IM HITTING AROUND 100mg/kg VIA THIS TREATMENT PLAN ,BUT THE CUMULATIVE DOSAGE IS 120-150mg/kg , DO I REALLY NEED TO HIT THE CUMULATIVE DOSAGE AS I HAVE SEEN SOME NUANCE ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THE CUMULATIVE DOSAGE ,AND AM I A HYPERRESPONDER TO ACCUTANE AS AFTER BEING ONE MONTH IN ,MY ACNE REDUCED TO JUST 20% OF WHAT IT WAS BEFORE STARTING ACCUTANE AND AS FOR NOW I DONT HAVE A PURGE GOING ON .

if you’re already seeing that much improvement at 1 month, yeah you might be a hyper-responder. the whole "120-150 mg/kg cumulative dose" thing isn’t some magical number, it’s more of a statistical average that lowers relapse risk in most people. plenty of guys clear up permanently well below that if their skin stays stable for a few months. just don’t rush the taper or cut it off too early; stay consistent until you’ve had at least 1-2 months completely clear. then talk with your derm about maintaining with topicals or low-dose vit A. also keep your lips hydrated and joints supported, that’s when sides start catching up.
