I will take accutane in the future but idk which dosage would be best for me. I'm 18yrs old 190cm and 90kg. I've heard that low dose is best (10mg), but i think i need more since I'm heavier. I have a lot of blackheads on my face and also acne on back and a little bit on my chest. Ty for helping!

Standard dosing​

- 0.5–1 mg per kg per day
- For you (90 kg):
- 45–90 mg/day (this is the more classical approach)

Low-dose approach (very popular now)​

- 0.1–0.3 mg/kg/day
- For you:
- 9–27 mg/day
