this is how my skin look today was my first day of accutane 20 mg a day and i want to know what to do to minimize side effects and get the results quick. I am currentlly using a gentle cera ve cleanser ,la roche posay cicaplast baume 5+ moisturiser and a cantella spf. Should i get something or am I good for now?

just wait and stay consistent there isn't really anything you can do to speed it up but you can take antihistamines and omega-3 to counteract the purging effects and joint pain.
