i recently reduced my dose from 60mg daily to 20mg, because the side effects were getting unbearable and i was purging even with an antihistamine. after a month of 60mg im now on 20mg, and after a week on 20mg my acne is way worse than it was a week ago. any ideas why? to me it seems like my purge shouldnt be as bad right now

you have to get through the purge regardless of dosage, its gna suck but you'll thank yourself after. also go easy on the actives in your skincare they just make things worse for the most part

yeah im just confused about how the dose reduction lead to a purge increase
