I’m going to be starting isotretinoin 20mg in a couple days. I know ideally, I should get bloodwork but tbh I couldn’t be bothered to get it. Is it necessary to get bloodwork or would I be just fine without it.

You don’t need it. At the most some mild liver support

20mg lmfao, also you'll be fine accutane has effectively no side effects that detract from it's moa which is, epidermis dryness obviously.
