accutane+hydrocortisone

I recently decided to hop on accutane because I have acne and want a smaller nose, Will combining this with hydrocortisone help with the nose shrinkage or is it not necessary?

Hydrocortisone and accutane both reduce your nose the same way. It will be redundant and useless to use both

accutane already gives a smaller nose but using hydrocortisone on the bulb of ur nose can make the skin thin over time and look like u have a "slim nose"

not necessary but will work either way

Your nose goes back to normal when you stop using them both, so hydrocortisone is better for perma use
