Accutane (isotretinoin) height and clavicles

From what I know, isotretinoin can interrupt your development by closing your growth plates, this preventing you from growing in height.

If you start taking Accutane, would it do the same thing with the growth plates of your clavicles ??

From what i've seen it only happens with either very high doses, taking for a long very period or starting too young
