Started Accutane about 19 weeks/5 months ago at 20mg/day for my acne. First few weeks were rough with the usual dryness and initial breakout, but I could handle that as I was already moisturizing often anyways. What I did NOT expect was for my sex drive to just slowly disappear.
I never expected this side when i was starting and just recently this week I even noticed it. As of 2-3 weeks ago I upped my daily dosage to 40mg/day and by now my sex drive and libido is completely fucked. I don't even want to talk to a girl that approaches me let alone approach a girl my self and start a convo.
I basically just rot in my room all day now and maybe go to the gym 2 times a week if I can even make myself go. Anyways my skin looks a lot better now I just hope my libido goes back to normal once I finish.
